Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility criteria

Customers are eligible to ask for a return or exchange of shoes based on the below criteria:

  • Product received of a wrong size/colour.
  • Product received was damaged or had defects
  • Shoe received was not as per order placed

Exchange/Returns

  • In case the size does not fit or the product(s) are damaged/defective, they can be returned in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery
  • Incase you wish to return/exchange the product for any reason, MiGa shoes must be intimated within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Goods should be returned in the same condition as it was
  • Goods to be returned or Exchanged should be couriered back to:

  • For Product Returns, You will receive a store credit from MiGa via email. You can use the same for future purchase with MiGa
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please use a reliable courier service.

 

REFUND POLICY

A refund will be offered under these circumstances:

1.Product received has been damaged entirely

2.MiGa, despite an attempt was not able to fix the shoe

3.MiGa was not able to meet the timeline for delivery(20 working days)

Should we fail to meet ALL of the above criteria, you would be eligible for a refund on the shoe. Please do get in touch on 8369375199 or mail us on migashoes@gmail.com and send across your query. Our team will get in touch with you on a priority bases and ensure the needful.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after this time period will not be considered cancelled.
